Grain consumption is directly related to the survival of humankind and its demand will increase in proportion to the population increase in the future. The global food self-sufficiency ratio is predicted to stay at almost 100%, however, its gaps between regions are expected to widen.	穀物は人間の生存に直接関係するため、その需要は今後増加する人口に比例して増加していく。世界全体での食料自給率はほぼ100%で推移するが、地域ごとの食料自給率の格差は広がると予測されている。
