Global water resources are distributed unevenly. There exist an unbalance that while some regions find it hard even to secure the minimum amount of water required for people’s survival, in some other parts large quantities of water resources are consumed. 世界の水資源は偏在している。地球上では生存に必要最低限の水の確保にも苦労する地域がある一方で、一部の地域では大量の水資源が消費されているというアンバランスが存在する。
