| Electricity is a prominent source of secondary energy in pursuing a highly convenient lifestyle and the electrification rate can be seen as a barometer suggesting the level of efficiency in lifestyle. There still remain many regions where electricity is not available and it is vital how the developed countries provide technology as well as financial resources and contribute towards solving the problem. | 電気は利便性の高い生活を送る上で有力な二次エネルギー源であり、電化率は文化度を測る一種のバロメータとも言える。世界には電気の行き渡らない地域がかなりあり、先進国がどのように技術及び資金を援助し、問題解決に貢献していくかは重要な課題である。 |
