Which sector consumes more energy? The answer should provide data worthy of consideration in determining policies for the reduction of CO2 emissions. In non-OECD countries, energy consumption in the industrial sector is relatively bigger than that in other sectors. Ensuring the transfer of highly energy-efficient technologies to non-OECD countries would help reduce the consumption of energy dramatically. エネルギーの消費量はどのセクターで高いのか。CO2 排出量削減を図る施策を決める上で参考となるデータである。非OECD 諸国では、産業部門でのエネルギー消費が目立って多い。エネルギー効率のすぐれた先進技術を非OECD 諸国へ移転することにより、その消費を大幅に削減することができるだろう。
